Transparency and Equal Pay for Women and Men Report - 2nd Half 2025

Itupeva, September 29, 2025

SEG Automotive Components Brazil Ltda., in compliance with Law No. 14.611/2023 – Equal Pay and Remuneration Criteria between Men and Women, provides to interested parties the fourth Pay Transparency Report, base year 2025, prepared by the Ministry of Labor and Employment (M.T.E.) based on information from the e-Social system, RAIS, and the Federal Government's "Emprega Brasil" Portal.

SEG clarifies that the charts and statistical data presented in the report are calculated and made available solely by the Ministry of Labor and Employment (M.T.E.) based on the aforementioned sources, without the company's participation or access to the data processing. These reflect only differences between occupational groups/positions and not between individuals performing the same roles, also considering the impact of seniority and length of service.

For men and women performing identical roles, the company applies the same salary ranges, both for hiring and for career progression and corresponding remuneration, in accordance with Article 461 and its paragraphs of the CLT (Brazilian Labor Code).

SEG further emphasizes that, in addition to salary policies and benefits applicable to all employees, it adopts several programs and practices that promote equity and equality between men and women.

We believe that in future reports the Federal Government will use more up-to-date data, which will more accurately reflect our reality.

At the same time, the company commits to providing further clarifications about the report and the criteria used, if and when these are made available by the Ministry of Labor and Employment (M.T.E.).
